Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or staying at SHI Phangan Villas. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Reservations and Payments
Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a minimum 30% deposit of the total booking amount, with the option to pay up to 100% upfront if preferred. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers for direct bookings. All payments are processed in Thai Baht (THB).
Cancellation Policy
We offer free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival with 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@shi.villas.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or government actions), we reserve the right to modify our cancellation policy. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate affected guests with alternative dates or special arrangements.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 15:00-18:00, and check-out time is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
House Rules
Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for each villa is strictly enforced for safety and comfort reasons. Exceeding the stated occupancy without prior agreement may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.
Noise Policy
We ask all guests to respect the peaceful environment of our resort and the comfort of other guests. Excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, is not permitted.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. Designated smoking areas are provided outside. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside the villas.
Pets
We do not allow pets on the property, with the exception of service animals.
Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa or resort property caused by them or their visitors during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the guest's credit card for any necessary repairs or replacements.
SHI Phangan Villas is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay. We recommend that guests secure their valuables and obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
