Booking SHI Phangan Villas on Koh Phangan

• How do I make a reservation?

  Use our online booking, WhatsApp us at +66 92 693 0619, or email info@shi.villas. We reply personally, usually within a few hours.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, with a full refund. We recommend travel insurance for anything inside that window.

• What are check-in and check-out times?

  Check-in is 15:00–18:00; check-out is 11:00. Early or late options are often possible — just ask in advance.

• What is the minimum stay?

  Three nights. For stays of two weeks or more, ask about our long-stay rates.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  Bank transfer for direct bookings. A 30% deposit confirms the reservation (you can pay more upfront if you prefer). On-site we also accept cash in THB, EUR, and USD.

• What's included in the nightly rate?

  The villa itself with all amenities (kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, AC), access to both pools and the outdoor gym, housekeeping every three days, a free baby cot on request, and parking. Airport transfers and scooter/car rental are optional add-ons.

• Is there Wi-Fi?

  Yes — every villa has its own independent, super-fast internet connection, so you never share bandwidth with other guests.

• Are the villas air-conditioned?

  Yes. Every bedroom and every living area has air conditioning. It is included in the rate.

• Is there a kitchen in each villa?

  Yes. Every villa has a full kitchen with stovetop, oven, fridge, and enough counter space to actually cook a meal. Basic cookware, cutlery, and a kettle are provided.

• Is there a washing machine in the villa?

  Yes. Every villa has its own washing machine — convenient for longer stays.

• Do you offer housekeeping?

  Yes, once every three days is included. Extra cleans can be arranged.

• Are the pools open year-round?

  Both pools are open daily, year-round, from 7am to 9pm. They are cleaned every day.

• Which side of Koh Phangan are you on?

  We're on the quiet side of the island, about ten minutes on foot from the beach and twelve minutes by scooter from Thong Sala (the main town and ferry port).

• How far is the beach?

  About a ten-minute walk — roughly 800 metres.

• How do we get to Koh Phangan from Bangkok?

  The fastest route is to fly from Bangkok (BKK or DMK) to Koh Samui (USM), then take the 30-minute ferry to Thong Sala. A cheaper option is to fly to Surat Thani (URT), then bus and ferry (about four hours). We can arrange the whole transfer — full route guide here.

• Can you arrange airport transfers?

  Yes. From Koh Samui Airport we arrange the ferry crossing and land transport together. Send your flight details at least 48 hours before arrival.

• Can we rent a scooter or car from the resort?

  Yes. We keep a small on-site fleet of brand-new scooters (125cc and 160cc) and cars (five- and seven-seater), all less than two years old. See rental options and pricing.

• Is there parking?

  Free parking at the reception area, first-come, first-served.

• Is the property family-friendly?

  Yes — families are our largest group of guests. Free baby cots on request. Older children are welcome in every villa.

• Are your villas baby-friendly?

  Yes. Baby cots are free on request, villas have air conditioning and washing machines, and the grounds are walled and traffic-free. Many of our guests travel with infants.

• What's the quiet-time policy?

  Quiet hours are 22:00 to 08:00 — the peaceful nights are one of the reasons people choose SHI.

• Do you allow pets?

  No, to keep the villas comfortable for the next guests. Service animals are an exception.
