Yes, both of our swimming pools are available year-round and are maintained daily to ensure they are clean and comfortable for our guests. The pools are open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.

Our property is located approximately a 10-minute walk (800 meters) from the nearest beach.

Yes, we can arrange airport transfers from Koh Samui Airport to our villas. This includes both the ferry crossing and land transport. Please provide your flight details at least 48 hours before arrival so we can make the necessary arrangements. Additional fees apply.

Yes, we offer free parking for all guests at the resort reception area. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, SHI Phangan Villas is family-friendly and welcomes children of all ages. Our spacious villas and facilities are designed to accommodate families comfortably. Free baby cots are provided on request.

We have a no-pet policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, as well as to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our villas. Service animals are exempt from this policy.

We accept bank transfers for direct bookings. A minimum 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the option to pay up to 100% upfront if preferred. On premises, we accept cash payments in THB, EUR, and USD.
